Cookie Cutter wheels are built for 5x130 platforms, most often the Porsche Cayenne 955, 957, 958 and 9Y0, VW Touareg and Audi Q7, along with other 5x130 Porsche builds. Every set is specified from your exact model, year, brake setup and suspension height, so the wheel clears your calipers and sits where you want it. On an 18" wheel, popular off-road tyre sizes are 265/65R18 (31"), 275/65R18 (32") and 285/65R18 (33").

Shipping and Duties

Every set ships worldwide from our production facility with tracking. Freight is charged on volumetric weight, the size of the wheel box, not the wheel itself. A 17" or 18" wheel weighs around 9 kg, but each boxed wheel ships at 22 kg (24 kg for 19", 26 kg for 20"). Shipping for a set of 4 to the USA:

Europe and UK: land freight with taxes included, 30 to 35 days. Other countries are shown at checkout, or contact us for a quote to your postcode.

Are these genuine vintage Porsche cookie cutter wheels?

No. They are newly manufactured, fully forged monoblock wheels inspired by the classic cookie cutter design and built to order by AkiOverland for each car.

How long does production take?

Render and design confirmation takes about 3 working days. Production takes 14 to 21 days after you approve the render, and export processing takes about 3 days before shipping.

What bolt pattern and center bore do Cookie Cutter wheels use?

Cookie Cutter wheels are made in 5x130 with a 71.56 mm center bore for Porsche, VW and Audi. Other bolt patterns can be produced on request.

Are Cookie Cutter wheels off-road rated?

Yes. They are fully forged monoblock wheels with a minimum load rating of 800 kg per wheel, built for lifted Cayenne, Touareg and Q7 overland builds.

What tyre sizes fit an 18" Cookie Cutter wheel?

Popular off-road sizes are 265/65R18 for a 31" tyre, 275/65R18 for 32" and 285/65R18 for 33". Larger tyres may need a lift, so we confirm clearance for your car before production.

Are duties and taxes included in shipping?

For the USA, sea freight and air freight DDP include duties and taxes and deliver to your door. Air freight via UPS/FedEx does not include duties, which are paid on arrival. Europe and UK land freight includes taxes.

How much does each wheel weigh?

A 17" or 18" Cookie Cutter wheel weighs around 9 kg. Shipping is calculated on the boxed volumetric weight of 22 kg per wheel for 17" and 18", 24 kg for 19" and 26 kg for 20", which is why the shipping weight at checkout is higher than the wheel itself.

Can I return custom wheels?

Cookie Cutter wheels are custom made to order and are not eligible for refund, so we confirm every spec with you and send a render for approval before production.
