Help & FAQs

FAQs

Ordering & Custom Products

Are your wheels custom made?

Yes. Most of our wheels are built to order.

Each set is manufactured according to the specifications confirmed with the customer, including:

• Diameter

• Width

• Offset

• Bolt pattern

• Center bore

• Finish

Because of this, once production begins, custom wheel orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How long does it take to produce custom wheels?

Typical production timeline:

Render approval: 2–3 working days

Manufacturing: 14–21 days

Export preparation: 3–5 days

Total manufacturing timeline before shipping: approximately 3–4 weeks.

Can I customize wheel color and finish?

Yes. We offer many finishes including:

• Satin black

• Gloss black

• Brushed aluminum

• Machined lip two-tone

• Bronze

• Custom painted finishes

If you have a specific finish in mind, we can prepare renderings and paint to sample before production begins.

How do I know what wheel size or offset I need?

Wheel fitment depends on:

• tire size

• suspension type (air or springs)

• lift height

• stance preference (tucked, flush, or poke)

If you're unsure, send us:

• vehicle model and year

• suspension type

• tire size

• preferred stance

and we can recommend a setup.

Will larger tires require trimming?

Possibly. Many off-road Cayenne builds require minor trimming or modifications, such as:

• plastic liner trimming

• pinch weld modification

• intercooler relocation (diesel models)

This is normal in most off-road builds.

Why do you ask about rear climate control?

Certain Cayenne models with rear climate control have A/C lines near the front wheel well.

These lines may limit the size of tires that can be installed.

Will your wheels clear Cayenne Turbo brakes?

Brake clearance depends on the model.

For example:

• Cayenne Turbo with steel brakes will clear 17 inch / Turbo S typically require 19" minimum due to large brake rotors.

If you're unsure, we recommend confirming your brake rotor size before ordering.

Suspension and Lift kit

What is the difference between an air lift kit and a Coilovers?

The main difference is how the vehicle controls ride height.

Air suspension lift kits retain the factory air suspension system.

You can still adjust ride height using the factory controls inside the car.

Benefits:

• adjustable ride height

• better ride comfort on road

• ability to lower the vehicle for highway driving

Coilover kits replace the air suspension with steel springs.

Benefits:

• simpler mechanical system

• more durable for heavy off-road use

• lower maintenance long term

Both systems can achieve similar lift heights depending on the configuration.

How much lift do I need for off-road tires?

Typical lift heights for Cayenne builds are:

2–2.5 inch lift

• suitable for daily driving

• works well with 31–32 inch tires

3–3.5 inch lift

• best for serious overland builds

• allows larger tires such as 33-35 inch

The correct lift depends on tire size and whether trimming is acceptable.

Do I need control arms when lifting my Cayenne?

For lifts above 2.5 inches, upgraded control arms are recommended.

They help:

• correct camber alignment

• prevent uneven tire wear

• restore factory alignment range

Without upgraded control arms, it may be difficult to achieve proper factory alignment.

Do I need a subframe drop?

A subframe drop kit helps maintain correct drivetrain geometry when lifting the vehicle.

Benefits include:

• improved CV joint angles

• reduced drivetrain stress

• smoother suspension movement

Most lifts above 2.5 inches benefit from a subframe drop.

What suspension does my Cayenne have?

Cayennes were available with two suspension types:

Air suspension

• adjustable ride height

• controlled from dashboard

Steel spring suspension

• fixed ride height

• more common on base models

If you are unsure, you can check by looking for height adjustment buttons in the cabin.
