1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase, provided that production, packing, or export preparation has not begun.
After 72 hours, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed because many Akioverland products are manufactured or prepared specifically for each order.
If cancellation is approved after 72 hours but before shipment, a 20% processing and restocking fee may apply.
Once an order has entered packing, export clearance, or shipment preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Built-to-Order & Custom Products
Many Akioverland products are built to order or custom manufactured and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Custom forged wheels
• Tubular bumpers
• Roof rack systems
• Underbody protection systems
• Drawer storage systems
• Suspension systems and lift kits
• Custom steering wheels
These products are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be resold once produced, which is standard practice for custom automotive parts.
3. Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
• Item arrives damaged during shipping
• Item has a verified manufacturing defect
• Incorrect item was shipped
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
Akioverland reserves the right to request photo or video evidence before approving any return.
4. Shipping Damage Claims
If a product arrives damaged, customers must:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos showing:
• Product damage
• Shipping box damage
• Shipping label
Akioverland will initiate a shipping insurance claim with the carrier.
Depending on the case, the resolution may include:
• Replacement component
• Local repair / refinishing support
• Partial compensation
• Insurance claim reimbursement
Full replacements are generally issued only in cases of structural damage, not minor cosmetic shipping marks that can be repaired.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping lead times are estimates provided by the shipping company and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Akioverland is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs inspections
• Port congestion
• Carrier delays
• Trade policy changes or tariff regulations
• War, geopolitical conflict, or sanctions
• Natural disasters
• Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier or entered export clearance, delivery timelines are outside our control.
6. Custom Wheel Orders
Custom wheel orders require:
• Final specification confirmation
• Render approval
Once render approval is given and production begins, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
7. Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment, the customer will be responsible for:
• Return freight charges
• Import duties and customs penalties
• Storage fees
• Restocking charges
These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
8. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Akioverland first to resolve any issues.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks for delivered goods will be disputed using:
• Shipping documentation
• Carrier delivery confirmation
• Accepted order terms
9. Warranty
Akioverland products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
• Installation errors
• Vehicle modifications or incompatible setups
• Improper use or racing damage
• Off-road abuse beyond intended use
• Normal wear and tear
10. Agreement
By placing an order on akioverland.com, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
