Shipping Policy
Akioverland ships worldwide using a combination of air freight, sea freight, and consolidated land freight services. Shipping method availability depends on destination, product size, and customer preference.
1. Shipping Methods
Air Freight
Typical delivery time: 5–10 business days
Carriers may include:
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL
Air freight shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are determined by the destination country's customs authority.
Sea Freight
Typical delivery time: 25–40 days
Sea freight is commonly used for larger items such as:
• Wheels
• Bumpers
• Roof rack systems
• Drawer storage systems
• Suspension kits
Sea freight is often the most economical option for international shipments.

• Canada
This shipping method typically includes:
• Import duties
• VAT
• Customs clearance
• Door-to-door delivery
Customers using these routes generally will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.
2. Shipping Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–5 business days for:
• Order processing
• Packing
• Export documentation preparation
• Carrier handover
Custom-built products such as wheels, bumpers, roof racks, steering wheels, and suspension systems may require additional manufacturing time prior to shipment.

Before signing for the delivery, inspect the packaging for visible damage.
If severe damage is visible:

Any additional charges incurred may be the responsibility of the customer.
