2-Piece Forged Cookie Cutter Wheels for Porsche 5x130 Builds
The 5x130 2-Piece Forged Cookie Cutter takes the classic Porsche cookie cutter face and builds it as a 2-piece forged wheel with hidden hardware. The assembly bolts sit out of sight, so the face stays clean and uninterrupted, while the 2-piece construction allows the wider barrels, deeper lips and lower offsets that a one-piece wheel cannot always deliver. Every set is built to order to the exact width, offset and finish your car needs.
The example shown is finished in midnight blue with a machined polished lip. Any colour and finish combination can be specified for your build.
Why Choose a 2-Piece Cookie Cutter
A deep lip and an aggressive stance need a wide barrel and a low offset at the same time. Many of those combinations cannot be machined from a single billet. Building the cookie cutter in 2-piece form makes those specs possible, and the hidden hardware keeps the vintage cookie cutter look clean, without exposed bolts around the lip.

Every set is specified from your vehicle, fender measurements and brake size, so the wheel clears the calipers and sits where you want it in the arch. Shipping and Duties
Every set ships worldwide from our production facility with tracking. Freight is charged on volumetric weight, the size of the wheel box, not the wheel itself. A 17" or 18" wheel weighs around 9 kg, but each boxed 16", 17" or 18" wheel ships at 22 kg (24 kg for 19", 26 kg for 20"). Shipping for a set of 4 to the USA:

What does hidden hardware mean on a 2-piece wheel?
The bolts that join the centre to the barrel are hidden from view rather than exposed around the lip, so the cookie cutter face keeps a clean, one-piece look while you get the width and offset range of a 2-piece wheel.
What sizes are available?
16", 17", 18", 19" and 20", with width and offset fully customisable on every size. A set of 4 starts from USD 2,000 for 16".
Are these genuine vintage Porsche cookie cutter wheels?
No. They are newly manufactured 2-piece forged wheels inspired by the classic cookie cutter design and built to order by AkiOverland for each car.
Can I use the 2-Piece Cookie Cutter off-road?
No. The 2-piece version is a road wheel and is not off-road rated. For off-road and overland builds, choose the one-piece forged Cookie Cutter or Cookie Cutter Rugged offroad wheels.
What bolt pattern and center bore does it use?
It is made in 5x130 with a 71.56 mm center bore for Porsche. Other bolt patterns can be produced on request.
Can I reuse my factory Porsche lug bolts and TPMS sensors?
Yes. The wheels are designed for factory Porsche ball-seat lug bolts, and factory TPMS sensors transfer directly. Do not use cone-seat bolts.
Is the midnight blue finish the only option?
No. Midnight blue with a machined polished lip is the example shown. Any colour can be specified, with machined, polished, brushed or two-tone lip options.
How much does each wheel weigh?
A 17" or 18" 2-Piece Cookie Cutter weighs around 9 kg. Shipping is calculated on the boxed volumetric weight of 22 kg per wheel for 16", 17" and 18", 24 kg for 19" and 26 kg for 20", which is why the shipping weight at checkout is higher than the wheel itself.
Are duties and taxes included in shipping?
For the USA, sea freight and air freight DDP include duties and taxes and deliver to your door. Air freight via UPS/FedEx does not include duties, which are paid on arrival. Europe and UK land freight includes taxes.
Can I return custom wheels?
These wheels are custom made to order and are not eligible for refund, so we confirm every spec with you and send a render for approval before production.
