Aki Forged 04 Mesh is a fully custom forged mesh wheel built for the 5x130 bolt pattern, fitting Porsche Cayenne (955/957/958), VW Touareg (7L/7P/T3), and Audi Q7 (4L). Each wheel is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum in monoblock, 2-piece, or 3-piece construction, sized from 17" to 24", and finished to order in gloss or satin.

Prices are per wheel in USD for monoblock construction and include custom CNC-machined center caps. Gloss and satin are the same price. A set of 4 starts from USD 1,520.

Aki Forged 04 Mesh wheels are engineered for lifted SUVs, widebody builds, and real off-road driving, not just static fitment. From desert-driven Cayennes to expedition-ready Touaregs, these wheels are built to perform where standard cast wheels fall short. On an 18" wheel, popular off-road tyre sizes are 265/65R18 (31"), 275/65R18 (32") and 285/65R18 (33").

Shipping and Duties

Every set ships worldwide from our production facility with tracking. Freight is charged on volumetric weight, the size of the wheel box, not the wheel itself. A 17" or 18" monoblock wheel weighs around 9 kg, but each boxed wheel ships at 22 kg (24 kg for 19", 26 kg for 20"). Shipping for a set of 4 to the USA:

How long does production take?

Render and design confirmation takes about 3 working days. Production takes 14 to 21 days after you approve the render, and export processing takes about 3 days. Multi-piece builds may take longer and are confirmed with your quote.

Are duties and taxes included in shipping?

For the USA, sea freight and air freight DDP include duties and taxes and deliver to your door. Air freight via UPS/FedEx does not include duties, which are paid on arrival. Europe and UK land freight includes taxes.

A 17" or 18" monoblock Aki Forged 04 Mesh wheel weighs around 9 kg. Shipping is calculated on the boxed volumetric weight of 22 kg per wheel for 17" and 18", 24 kg for 19" and 26 kg for 20", which is why the shipping weight at checkout is higher than the wheel itself.

Can I return custom wheels?

Aki Forged 04 Mesh wheels are custom made to order and are not eligible for refund, so we confirm every spec with you and send a render for approval before production.
