The Carbonlite-X is the next generation of Inspired Overland's Carbon Series — a full carbon fiber rooftop tent built for owners who want four-person capacity without the weight and drag penalty that comes with it. At 93 lbs, it's built from a carbon fiber top, base, and an advanced X-hinge system engineered for maximum strength at minimum weight.

The X-hinge is the standout upgrade over the standard Carbonlite: raising the front of the tent to expand interior headroom and legroom, while the closed profile drops to just 6.3" including the mounting crossbar — one of the lowest closed profiles in its class. That's a full 4" lower than the Carbonlite King's 10.2" profile, trading some sleeping capacity headroom for a slimmer, more aerodynamic package on the road.
